About DPM Labs & Swaye

DPM Labs is building the world’s most objective and accurate source of information via decentralized prediction markets. Our flagship product, Swaye, is a social-first prediction market app built on Farcaster. Prediction markets suffer from insufficient users and liquidity, hence we believe a consumer-first approach is how we achieve mass adoption and become the Robinhood of prediction markets. DPM Labs raised a preseed from top crypto investors, angels, and founders (details TBA), and the team has been crypto-pilled since 2017.

About the Role

DPM Labs is a product-first company obsessed with shipping and giving everyone significant autonomy. We have few standing meetings and lots of maker time. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial fullstack developer who wants to be super early (lots of trust, lots of ownership, lots of equity).

Responsibilities:

• Own core product – Swaye has a Farcaster frame and web app, and plans on growing the product suite. You will be a product owner and lead their growth and development.
• Grow Swaye creatively – You will get Swaye to 100k then 1m users via growth hacks, product improvements, and ephemeral apps.
• Work closely with users – We are nothing without our users. You will work with our engaged community to deliver the best consumer crypto experience.
• Learn and evolve – Our ambition is to dominate Farcaster, tap into other platforms, and decentralize into a protocol. You will constantly learn new tech as we grow.
• Build a top tier team – We have a flat and cross functional team of rockstars. You will work with everyone to ship product and build out the eng org as we scale.

This is you:

• Built products, lots of products: We don’t care about education, age, or pedigree. Show us what you’ve built, no matter how silly!
• Fullstack exp with expertise in our techstack: Next.js, Javascript, Typescript
• Founder mindset: Go the extra mile, strong opinions weakly held, build resourcefully, ruthlessly prioritize, and talk less do more.
• Crypto native: You’re a fellow degen and deeply understand the industry and user psyche while remaining long-term oriented.

Bonuses:

• Experience building products onchain and expertise in smart contract (Solidity) / protocol development.
